Therapy sessions
Short sessions consist of 20 minutes direct therapy, followed by 10 minutes of report writing time.

Your hours also cover end of block reports and annual reviews. Standard 40 minute sessions are available at the equivalent hourly rate.

Good to know
How long do we have to use what we buy?
Hours run for the full academic year they are bought in, so anything unused in the autumn term is still there in the summer.
Can we start small and add more later?
Yes. Buy what you are confident of now and top up whenever you need to. Please note that the volume discount does not stand if you top up.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, therapist matching and the school portal are all included in the prices shown.
Are reports charged separately?
Assessment reports are part of the assessment price. End of block reports and annual review reports come out of your therapy hours, as noted above.
How do we pay?
By invoice on 30-day BACS terms, raised to the school or to the trust centrally. Card payment is available if you would rather.
